Job Summary

Own payment operations for client deposits and withdrawals, ensuring accurate processing within SLAs. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across payment service providers, banks, and internal systems, investigating and resolving funding and transaction discrepancies. Liaise with PSPs using transaction details and supporting evidence, prepare regular and ad hoc operational reports, and collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Customer Support to keep global payment infrastructure running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

•Process client deposits and withdrawals accurately and within agreed SLAs.
•Investigate and resolve client funding queries through timely communication with internal teams and payment providers.
•Liaise with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) by providing transaction details, error messages, customer screenshots, and supporting information.
•Perform daily, weekly, and monthly payment reconciliations across PSPs, banks, and internal systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
•Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on payment operations, reconciliations, transaction volumes, and performance metrics for management.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years’ experience in a payments analyst/operations role within the financial services industry, with Forex or CFD brokerage experience highly preferred.
•Experience in reconciliations and accounting.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
