Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the complete lifecycle of service contracts to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely execution.
  • •Create, book, maintain, and update contracts using SAP, Salesforce, and other business systems.
  • •Resolve entitlement issues, billing disputes, contract corrections, and financial adjustments including credit memos and offsets.
  • •Analyze complex contract terms, pricing structures, and approvals to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • •Support warranty administration, fiscal close activities, reporting, and process improvement initiatives while partnering cross-functionally.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in contract management, contract administration, contract renewals, commercial operations, order management, or a related field.
  • •Experience working with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce.

  • •Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong organization/problem-solving skills.
  • •High school diploma or vocational education; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
