Job Summary

Play a key enabling role in transforming Pandora’s global People Experience & Services function by designing standardized HR processes and improving them with Lean Six Sigma methods. Build and deploy governed AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to power HR self-service, knowledge retrieval, process guidance, and reporting. Partner with HR process owners to scale AI solutions, create SOPs and playbooks, and measure business impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Map, analyze, and document global People processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
•Support process improvement initiatives using DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and other structured approaches.
•Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, translating business needs into governed use cases.
•Create AI agents and related materials for HR self-service, knowledge retrieval, process guidance, case management, and operational reporting.
•Partner with HR process owners to identify AI value, support pilots and scaling, create training/playbooks, and measure business impact.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of professional experience.
•Relevant degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or similar.
•Experience or strong interest in process design, continuous improvement, AI, automation, or digital transformation.
•Experience from a global organization is an advantage.
•Exposure to Lean Six Sigma is an advantage (Green Belt certification or willingness to obtain one).
