Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects and change-driven activities.
  • •Lead studies and analysis (trend/variance, impact), and produce reports, risk assessments, and planning efforts for product development and production rates.
  • •Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation planning, and refine the business case; establish lead-time requirements.
  • •Facilitate integration of project/program plans, schedules, and change and baseline management using industry best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace, Computer, Electrical, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronic Design.
  • •5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • •5 years of experience managing project schedules and utilizing standard project management tools.
  • •Experience managing electronic components supporting Military and Aerospace systems, including working in a cross-functional environment.
  • •Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance; US Citizenship is required.
