Aftersales system responsibility for high-voltage charging in vehicles with alternative drives. Manage the HV charging system in Customer Services & Parts, provide second-level support to service partners, and develop strategies, processes and trainings to ensure top-tier support across Europe, while coordinating with internal and external partners on charging communication and implementation.
