Serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce platform expert to large Public Sector customers, owning both presales and implementation. Lead solutioning, scoping, and architectural oversight for mission-critical engagements, while identifying risks and resolving complex issues. Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and client teams, and contribute to the consulting practice by mentoring Salesforce teams and federal clients on best practices and emerging technologies across the Salesforce Platform and agentic capabilities.

•Proactively identify and manage risk areas, and drive issues to complete resolution.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing audience-appropriate materials.
•U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain and maintain the specific U.S. Government security clearance required for the role.
