Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead authority and customer audits, including scheduling and timely responses to Corrective Action Requests, with internal and external audits.
  • •Control the MOA approvals renewal process, initiate change dossiers toward Authorities, and lead transfer of MOA compliance documents to my-CES.
  • •Monitor and challenge the robustness of corrective actions from internal and external findings, and ensure manuals and procedures match regulatory requirements.
  • •Support business process owners on regulation issues, empower certifying staff, and train MOA staff on specific quality topics.
  • •Control and approve component capability lists and contribute to the audit program within the AHF MOA scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in MRO and Quality management.
  • •In-depth knowledge of EASA PART 145 and EMAR/FR 145 regulations.
  • •Auditor qualification.
  • •Strong ability to interact with Authorities and customers, including presentation, communication, active listening, and negotiation.
  • •English: negotiation or fluent; French: native or negotiation.
