Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the full apparel production lifecycle from development through delivery, ensuring product quality, on-time execution, and margin optimization across multiple programs.
  • •Lead and manage production calendars and key milestones across multiple seasonal programs.
  • •Oversee vendor capacity planning and workload distribution aligned to order volume and delivery timelines.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Graphic Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, and Sales to execute seasonal strategies.
  • •Negotiate with factories on cost, delivery terms, and production lead times; track lab dips, strike-offs, trims, fit samples, and TOPs while ensuring retailer compliance requirements are met.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in apparel production, with strong focus on private label or major retail/club programs.
  • •In-depth knowledge of sustainability compliance, testing, and delivery requirements.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and large seasonal orders simultaneously.
  • •Experience required with PLM.
  • •Proficient in Excel and familiar with production calendars and costing tools.
