Apparel Production Manager, F1 Apparel

Lead high-volume apparel production for major retail accounts, overseeing the full lifecycle from development through delivery. Own production calendars across multiple large-scale programs, coordinate vendor capacity and workload to meet timelines, and negotiate cost and lead times to achieve margin goals. Partner with cross-functional teams on seasonal strategies, track lab dips and fit samples, ensure compliance with retailer standards, and drive continuous improvement in speed, quality, and cost efficiency in a non-remote environment.
