Application Software Engineer, Applied AI

Design, evaluate, deploy, and integrate modern AI systems—such as large language models and agentic workflows—into mission-critical applications used across SpaceX. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Applied AI capabilities from prototype to production, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations to uncover high-leverage AI opportunities. Build production evaluation and observability for reliability, safety, latency, and cost, and incorporate emerging LLM best practices into real systems.
