Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage facilities upkeep and canteen operations, including vendor contracts for statutory welfare service and food hygiene/quality and subsidized nutrition offerings.
  • •Oversee employee transportation (staff buses, taxis, and company vehicles) and ensure safe, reliable daily commuting.
  • •Manage plant facilities and site amenities including uniform distribution, printing/stationery, and overall site functionality.
  • •Govern welfare budgets (Capex and Opex), handle purchasing/contract renewals, and track vendor performance.
  • •Directly manage statutory welfare provisions (health surveillance/medical exams, clean drinking water, gender-segregated latrines/urinals, PPE monitoring), ESI/EPF enrollment, maternity benefits, and workmen’s compensation; liaise with government authorities and handle worker grievances and committee meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Social Work, Labour Welfare, Personnel Management, or Social Science from a recognized institution.
  • •Handled welfare activities for manufacturing set up for at least two years.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • •Proactive, self-driven, energetic, and enthusiastic team player.
  • •Good communication skills.
