Job Summary

Support the Merchandising Operations team by driving seamless execution of the regional commercial calendar and promotional campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams and external brand partners to secure discounts and GWPs, align logistical/digital/marketing elements, and communicate campaign guidelines to country teams. Manage promotion setup within internal systems with accurate, timely data entry, maintain the calendar as the source of truth, and oversee billback administration and reconciliation.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Follow up with brand partners to secure support for retailer-led promotional initiatives, including discounts and Gift With Purchases (GWPs).
•Lead execution and coordination of approved promotions with internal teams including Supply Chain, Digital, and Marketing to ensure alignment of campaign elements.
•Communicate promotion timelines and guidelines to country teams and monitor adherence to the regional strategy.
•Manage end-to-end administration and setup of promotions within internal systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and configuration.
•Develop and maintain the regional commercial campaign calendar and oversee billback process administration with finance and brand teams.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of retail promotional cycles and commercial calendars.
•Experience or exposure to commercial operations, merchandising, or a related field (preferably retail or beauty).
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
