Key Responsibilities

  • •Input accurate vehicle information into AS400 for each vehicle received at the auction (VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make/model/year, mileage, color, options).
  • •Affix barcode/stock number stickers and place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry.
  • •Flag “no key” cars and direct transporters to the proper car drop zone.
  • •Report transport damage as needed and take digital images of vehicles upon receipt.
  • •Follow safety and health procedures and may assist on sale days driving vehicles through auction sales lanes; overtime may be required as business needs dictate.
