Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the site in achieving EHS targets, objectives, and corporate/business EHS strategic initiatives
  • •Facilitate location risk assessments, set targets based on key EHS risks, and communicate updates across shifts
  • •Use EHS data processes (MESH Suite) to manage injuries/illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, and action items
  • •Coordinate industrial hygiene assessments (noise, hex chrome, welding) and employee medical evaluations (e.g., respirators)
  • •Attend incident investigations and manage MESH Prism corrective actions, including Layer process audits and emergency response leadership

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in occupational/environmental safety or Engineering
  • •2+ years’ experience in an Environmental, Health & Safety role in a manufacturing setting
  • •Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future
  • •Must currently reside within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI (Active Duty Military Service exempt)
  • •Experience with Emergency Response Teams (ERT), industrial hygiene program management, and/or heavy industrial settings (fabrication/welding) is preferred
