Project Accounting Supervisor OR Project Accounting Manager

Lead management of the construction project accounting department for Leeding Builders Group, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing, financial reports, and month-end close support. Oversee daily operations across multiple project accountants, review and reconcile job costs, and validate AIA application-for-payment documentation. Partner with project managers on cost reporting and forecasting, support audits and compliance, and train/coach accounting staff while driving process improvements across financial controls.
