Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the strategy for IWPB Employee Banking Solutions for the allocated market.
  • •Lead and develop a team of 14–15 Relationship Managers to grow EBS products and penetration within corporates.
  • •Engage existing EBS customers and increase penetration across digital platforms (e.g., Mobile X & PIB), IVR card activations, and salary credits.
  • •Develop and execute open-market business growth activities (credit cards, personal loans) via promotions and lead-based calling.
  • •Ensure quality and compliance: align corporates to strategic focus, lower acquisition costs within guidelines, optimize sourcing mix, minimize KYC documentation errors, and handle complaints effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •University level education, preferably an MBA, with 10–15 years of banking experience.
  • •Front-line sales experience in onboarding salary accounts, personal loans, and cards (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated relationship management skills to engage effectively with corporates and customers.
  • •Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined, able to work independently.
  • •Ability to complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
