Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer incoming calls and connect callers to the appropriate hotel extensions in a friendly and caring manner.
  • •Record and deliver guest messages accurately and handle DND (Do Not Disturb) and confidential status requests.
  • •Handle guest wake-up call requests according to LQA standards for individuals, groups, and crew.
  • •Assist guests with questions/requests and, when needed, refer matters to the relevant team to resolve information, calls, or complaints.
  • •In emergencies, act as the hotel communication center, manage telephone records (DDD/IDD), coordinate charges with front office reception, and monitor relevant TV and music outlets.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service-oriented position.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or an equivalent related field (Administration or Tourism Management).
  • •Excellent local-language oral and written skills (as applicable).
  • •Good English oral and written skills.
  • •Strong listening/oral and writing skills.
