Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and execute facilities operations across multiple office, production, manufacturing, and testing environments.
  • •Oversee MEP projects from initial scope through completion for multiple sites.
  • •Manage incoming facilities service requests, prioritize workstreams, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely resolution.
  • •Oversee creation and tracking of purchase orders for facilities supplies, equipment, and services.
  • •Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance programs, including vendor management, SOW development, scheduling, service report review, and follow-up tracking.
Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 86,000 - 114,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years leading facilities operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • •Technical training or hands-on experience in plant engineering or facilities maintenance.
  • •Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and preventative maintenance programs.
  • •Familiarity with CMMS platforms and ERP systems.
  • •Experience supporting vendor management and service contracts, including understanding OSHA, environmental regulations, building codes, NFPA, and NEC.
