Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture client requirements and author bespoke BIM strategies and workflows aligned with industry best practices and contract documentation needs.
  • •Manage rollout of BIM methodologies across programs and projects to ensure client and delivery team adoption.
  • •Perform structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risk and meet project requirements.
  • •Facilitate workshops and coordinate with project partners to communicate strategies and represent digital services.
  • •Create bid proposals and detailed reports, contribute to internal documentation/quality processes, and lead teams through peer review and deliverable quality oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years in a BIM Manager role, preferably in consultancy environments and across project lifecycles.
  • •Deep working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and information management standards, including the IMI Framework.
  • •Proficiency in 3D authoring tools such as Revit or ArchiCAD for model interrogation.
  • •Expertise with clash detection and model checking tools such as Solibri and Navisworks.
  • •Strong experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as ACC, Asite, and Viewpoint, including COBie data requirements.
