Key Responsibilities

  • •Inventory receiving and management: Accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper product rotation.
  • •Pick, pack and sort: Use technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers.
  • •Delight customers: Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app when substitution approvals are needed.
  • •Warehouse organization and safety: Maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. Complete all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
  • •Be a team player: Contribute to a positive working environment by bringing the DoorDash “one team, one fight” value to life in all you do.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalence and 18 years of age or older
  • •Experience in retail, customer service, food and beverage, administrative, healthcare or similar industries where you perform a variety of tasks
  • •Able to stand and be on your feet, lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations
  • •Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn
