Job Summary

Lead end-to-end headcount planning and workforce capacity management for inbound and back-office operations in a global insurance environment. Own the global capacity model, partner with Operations, HR, Finance, and Strategic Program teams, and deliver workforce allocation recommendations, risk mitigation, and contingency strategies. Maintain accurate workforce reporting and analytics, drive continuous improvement through standardization and automation, and operate effectively in an AI- and analytics-enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the Global Capacity Model and run short-term and long-term workforce planning across a global insurance operation.
•Partner with Operations leaders, Human Resources, Finance, and Strategic Program teams to deliver workforce planning and hiring strategies.
•Develop workforce allocation recommendations across regulated workstreams, balancing service quality, productivity, customer outcomes, and cost efficiency.
•Identify, assess, and mitigate capacity risks by managing workforce dependencies across sites, functions, and geographies; communicate constraints and scenario impacts.
•Drive continuous improvement by standardizing and automating workforce planning processes and maintaining headcount reporting and analytics.

Key Requirements

•3+ years' experience in Workforce Management within a contact centre or service operations environment.
•2+ years' experience in capacity planning, forecasting, or workforce strategy.
•Experience with Workforce Management platforms such as Verint, Aspect, IEX, or similar solutions.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI and Access.
•Strong analytical skills in data modeling, statistical analysis, forecasting, and data visualization; SQL is highly desirable.
