Key Responsibilities

•Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous iteration in production.
•Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders by shaping AI strategy based on what success means for their business.
•Partner with customer working teams day to day by running working sessions and troubleshooting agent issues to keep builds on track for launch.
•Directly impact product by surfacing unmet customer needs from the work and feeding them back to research and platform teams.
•Translate business goals into an agent that outperforms and tune relentlessly until it’s the best version in the real world.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 300,000 annually
