Manage and submit notice filings on behalf of funds and investment products to all applicable U.S. jurisdictions. Serve as a client service representative for state examiners and BSRS clients by handling renewals and amendments, reviewing warning reports, reconciling state correspondence, and maintaining complete, accurate filing records. Coordinate blue sky (Blue Sky) communications and updates to policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring electronic filings are complete and responses are received on time.

•Serve as a client service representative for state examiners and BSRS clients.
•Own fund filing responsibilities, including renewal and amendment filings for assigned mutual funds and clients.
•Review incoming state correspondence against pending files, follow up on open items, and collate final documents for archive and retrieval.
•Communicate fund changes from clients and prepare and submit required files and related documents to state agencies.
•Maintain accurate fund files and act as a liaison for Blue Sky filings, updating policies, procedures, and systems and ensuring filings and responses are complete and timely.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 36,700 - 61,300
