Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a client service representative for state examiners and BSRS clients.
  • •Own fund filing responsibilities, including renewal and amendment filings for assigned mutual funds and clients.
  • •Review incoming state correspondence against pending files, follow up on open items, and collate final documents for archive and retrieval.
  • •Communicate fund changes from clients and prepare and submit required files and related documents to state agencies.
  • •Maintain accurate fund files and act as a liaison for Blue Sky filings, updating policies, procedures, and systems and ensuring filings and responses are complete and timely.
