  • •Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytics solutions and technical requirements.
  • •Analyze complex, multi-domain data to answer critical questions, evaluate hypotheses, support research, and develop forecasts.
  • •Design and build reporting, dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical products to drive decision-making.
  • •Collaborate with data engineering teams to develop and enhance ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and scalable data structures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of related experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data science, statistics, decision intelligence, research, learning science, or behavioral/cognitive psychology.
  • •Advanced SQL proficiency, including queries with joins, filtering, aggregations, window functions, CTEs, and performance tuning.
  • •Strong experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • •Experience leading analytics projects/workstreams from planning through delivery while managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
