Job Function: Energy & Utilities Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure statutory and contract compliance across a regional portfolio of leisure facilities.
•Lead effective energy management, using data analysis to reduce consumption and carbon without compromising customer experience.
•Support asset management, including planned and reactive maintenance, budgets and lifecycle planning.
•Provide technical guidance on HVAC, building management systems (BMS) and electro-mechanical plant.
•Support capital projects, mobilisations and the management of subcontractors and consultants.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: GBP 58,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Must have strong knowledge of building services, statutory compliance and health and safety requirements.
•Proven experience in energy management, ideally within leisure or a similar operational environment.

•Experience supporting or delivering ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems.
•Ability to collaborate with operational teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
