Key Responsibilities

  • •Process 3rd-party loan payoffs (checks, wires, electronic payments) and special-handling payoff transactions in the SilverLake system.
  • •Prepare verbal and written payoff quotes, payoff letters, and assess fees such as prepayment penalty, early termination, and lien release fees.
  • •Coordinate internal documents and process wire/check refunds and refund letters to clients.
  • •Process timely release of collateral (including life insurance, stocks, real estate, UCCs, and vehicles) and related lien release letters.
  • •Maintain daily service logs and reports (unposted items, refinances, HELOC close/satisfy, zero-balance with escrow) and provide phone support for loan processing questions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • •At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • •Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with motivation to contribute to continuous improvements.
  • •Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required.
