Key Responsibilities

•Own the user experience of Enterprise customers for Starlink.com – this includes checkout experience, customer acquisition, retention, and product marketing
•Identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth and be able to defend them internally
•Support the integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s growing portfolio – this includes pricing, operations, sales enablement, and product portfolio management
•Support the sales engagements of the broader team, engage with customers, and answer questions around commercial models and product capabilities
•Work in partnership with our Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business discipline or 5+ years of professional working experience in lieu of a degree
•5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management
•5+ years of previous experience in a customer-facing role
•Previous technical experience focused on computer networking or software development
•Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations and other SpaceX locations
