Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the escalation point for complex workplace technology incidents and service requests.
  • •Troubleshoot endpoint, application, collaboration, and connectivity issues across remote and on-site environments.
  • •Manage the complete device lifecycle and maintain accurate inventory records reconciled with IT asset and endpoint management systems.
  • •Administer endpoint management platforms, device policies, software deployments, operating system upgrades, and device security compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in workplace technology, IT operations, endpoint management, or end-user technology services.
  • •A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • •Strong hands-on experience supporting Apple enterprise environments, particularly macOS and iOS.
  • •Strong knowledge of endpoint management, device policies, software deployment, and device lifecycle practices.
  • •Experience supporting conference room technologies, audio-visual systems, video conferencing platforms, and hybrid meetings.
