Job Summary

Own supply chain quality for server products and suppliers across the full product lifecycle—from new product introduction through mass production. Develop quality objectives and assurance plans, run DFQ/TR reviews, and manage supplier QSA/QPA audits and performance reporting. Drive quality improvement projects by identifying risks, analyzing major abnormalities in production and the market, and leading long-term prevention and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Formulate quality objectives and quality assurance plans for server products and suppliers, cascade them to suppliers, monitor in factories, and achieve the quality objectives.
•Lead or participate in major product quality improvement projects; identify quality risks and create high-quality strategic quality planning.
•Participate in DFQ review and TR4A/TR5/TR6 review of new products to ensure quality and product maturity.
•Own quality management and continuous improvement across the whole product lifecycle and release quality operation reports.
•Lead supplier QSA/QPA audits, performance assessment, portfolio management, and annual summary reports; drive systematic supplier quality improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics, communication, or electromechanical related majors.
•Familiar with the production process, key technical control points, and quality exception handling for electronic products.
•Familiar with whole-life-cycle quality management (new product introduction to mass production) and quality planning/implementation for digital communication products, with major project management experience.
•Familiar with EMS/ODM/JDM supplier quality management and supplier QSA/QPA audit diagnosis and guidance improvements, including material quality management for secondary material suppliers.
•Familiar with product development process, supplier certification, NPI process (TR review), small batch verification, and continuous improvement of batch production quality.
