  • •Ensure compliance with company standards, industry specifications, and regulatory requirements, partnering with operational and safety leaders to promote safe, compliant quality processes.
  • •Oversee enterprise laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, UDOT, and other testing standards, including calibration, documentation, technician qualifications, and audit readiness.
  • •Analyze quality trends, lead investigations into quality issues, and implement sustainable corrective actions to reduce product variability and improve operational efficiency.
  • •Serve as the primary technical resource for aggregate quality, supporting customer specification interpretation and quality-related concerns, and participate in strategic initiatives such as new resource evaluation and integration activities.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Materials Engineering, Construction Management, Geology, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in aggregate quality, materials engineering, or construction materials.
  • •Deep knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, UDOT, and applicable quality standards.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience supporting technical teams across multiple operations or locations.
