Key Responsibilities

•Lead global recruitment strategy and delivery across functions and levels, partnering with stakeholders to understand team needs and talent gaps.
•Design and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines using channels like social media, job boards, internal databases, and advanced search techniques.
•Drive proactive talent pipelining and candidate engagement, delivering timely and meaningful feedback to improve candidate experience.
•Act as a strategic hiring partner by translating business objectives into hiring strategies, role definitions, and success profiles using market intelligence and analytics.
•Optimize recruiting processes and tools (including the ATS) and implement structured, data-driven assessment frameworks such as interview scorecards.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting in fast-paced, complex environments.
•Experience recruiting in Fintech and/or SaaS industries.
•Proven track record hiring senior and specialist Sales and Account Management roles across EMEA, APAC, and LAC.
•Strong ability to influence decisions, negotiate effectively, and build trusted partnerships with stakeholders and candidates.
•Strong knowledge of Boolean search, advanced sourcing, and open web sourcing techniques.
