Build and maintain user understanding models that improve ad ranking, conversion predictions, and recommendation systems. Own model quality by monitoring performance, calibrating predictions, and handling data drift and delayed feedback. Work with other leads to define long-term technical direction, plan engineering execution, and communicate complex ML concepts to non-engineering stakeholders.
