Job Summary

Responsible for building and managing strategic and operational reporting to optimize distribution center operations, focusing on WMS systems (HARDIS/REFLEX) and data analysis to improve efficiency, cost control, and training. Partners with LEAN & Change to update SOPs, supports system development and testing, and drives strategic improvement projects across APAC operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, maintain & manage strategic, operational reporting and analysis to support efficiently & effectively running the business, including optimizing back orders, fair share allocations, cost controlling and cost optimization, with emphasis on data accuracy and transparency.
•Proactively support both short term and long term operational planning and execution of DC operations.
•Engage with the SME community locally and globally to build internal knowledge of WMS systems and develop training materials for end users.
•Collaborate with the Lean & Change Team to keep SOPs updated and work on projects with major changes to the business.
•Assist in system support, development & regular updates to ensure stable daily operations, including building and executing test cases and supporting testing activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Engineering or related field
•A minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, project management, or related field
•Can work independently with high degree of accountability
•Self Driven
•Be ambitious and goal oriented & driven by development both personally and professionally.
