Elementary Reading Interventionist

Provide targeted reading remediation for at-risk elementary students by modifying the K12 curriculum to meet state standards. Deliver individualized and small-group instruction, implement RTI, and oversee data collection and progress monitoring across tiers to guide whole- and small-group planning. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and special education staff, educate parents on instructional strategies, and support documentation and eligibility processes. Work virtually from a home office with occasional travel for PD and testing.
