Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
  • •Assist store departments including POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing with consumers; follow asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •A team-first approach with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment between the backroom and sales floor.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and stand/walk/move for at least 8 hours per shift.
