Job Summary

Perform authorized maintenance on aircraft galley equipment by disassembling, cleaning, analyzing, repairing, modifying, overhauling, assembling, and completing final tests with work card signatures. Follow CAAC/FAA procedures and the component maintenance manual (CMM), while complying with EH&S policies and applicable regulatory and company requirements. Support Global Trade (GT) activities and complete other assigned duties to ensure work performance is completed.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow and implement CAAC/FAA work manuals and procedures.
•Using the component maintenance manual (CMM), repair aircraft galley equipment such as water heaters, coffee machines, ovens, and refrigerators.
•Comply with EH&S policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules; support EH&S activities as required.
•Complete other duties assigned by superior leaders and ensure work performance is completed.
•Support Global Trade (GT) related activities and reports as required.

Key Requirements

•College or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or a related field.
•At least 1-2 years’ working experience as a maintenance technician (civil aviation preferred).
•Be able to read and write in English.
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
•Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
