Key Responsibilities

  • •Orchestrate the engagement engine from annual strategic plan and OKRs through initiative workstreams and impact evaluation.
  • •Program manage Talent Management (TM) and Performance Management (PM) cycles with HRBPs and leaders, including workbacks and milestone tracking.
  • •Create program plans, governance routines, and operational documentation for associate experience programs and lifecycle workflows.
  • •Champion integration associate experience and deliver support to ensure seamless transitions.
  • •Lead project delivery and process improvements, analyze data for leaders, and maintain reporting with success metrics.
