Job Summary

Lead enterprise-wide programs that span multiple teams, ensuring projects deliver on time, in scope, and on budget. Own delivery planning (scope, milestones, risks, RACI, dependencies) and execute with incremental, iterative value using regular stakeholder feedback. Track and report progress and outcomes, and foster a safe, high-performing team environment through servant leadership. Coordinate cross-functional launch activities including market research, messaging, campaigns, and distribution planning to drive adoption and sales targets.
