Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in process review, requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and enhancement of AI and automation solutions
  • •Prepare and maintain process flows, solution logic, user guides, technical notes, and test scenarios
  • •Support testing, validation, user acceptance activities, and track ongoing improvements
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI and automation initiatives
  • •Participate in knowledge-sharing and contribute practical ideas to improve processes, productivity, and user experience

Key Requirements

  • •Available for at least 3 months internship
  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • •Strong interest in process automation, AI, Generative AI, digital transformation, and solving practical business problems
  • •Basic knowledge of Python, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 tools, prompting skills, or other automation technologies is an advantage
  • •Able to understand business processes, think analytically, pay attention to details, and communicate clearly
