Job Summary

Serve as a senior consultant in a People & Organizational Consulting practice, delivering comprehensive OCM (organizational change management) strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Lead change readiness work, measure and monitor effectiveness, and apply best-practice methodologies to drive value creation, ROI, and successful outcomes. Contribute both client-facing consulting and internal practice efforts such as building networks and developing thought leadership, tools, and templates.

•Execute comprehensive, customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
•Drive faster adoption and greater proficiency of affected employees to improve benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and desired business outcomes.
•Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities.
•Apply best practice OCM methodologies to deliver a customized client change management approach.
•Contribute internally through practice network building and support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.

Salary: USD 87,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
•5 years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience building client relationships resulting in trusted advisor activity.
•5 years’ experience contributing to or leading successful organizational change management engagements.
•Prosci, ACMP, or an equivalent OCM certification.
•Experience in organization development/design and organizational effectiveness, including culture/workforce transformation, learning and training design, and configured platform implementations (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
