Key Responsibilities

  • •Train and deploy state-of-the-art models for parsing and interpreting unstructured data
  • •Experiment with novel techniques to improve LLM accuracy
  • •Build data pipelines, evaluate model performance, and integrate models into the product
  • •Work directly with the founders and customers to shape product direction and engineering strategy
  • •Contribute across the full development lifecycle from ideation to shipping to users

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience with training, fine-tuning, and evaluating ML models in production systems
  • •Exceptional Python proficiency and strong knowledge of traditional computer vision and Visual Language Models (VLMs)
  • •Ability to build tools as needed (e.g., a Streamlit app) to test hypotheses and create datasets
