Lead the recruitment and development of TikTok Shop Partners (TSPs) to help sellers succeed with shoppable live stream content, assortment selection, and related services. Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute TikTok Shop Partners (TSP) recruitment and development
•Formulate management and supporting policies for TSPs
•Coordinate internal and external teams to select, identify, and secure resources for TSP growth
•Provide ongoing support and training to improve TSP performance and evaluate TSPs
•Conduct research on content, marketing, goods, and incentive policies to extract cold start and growth strategies, and use data analysis to measure operational performance

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above
•Written and verbal proficiency in English and Thai
•Written and verbal proficiency in Chinese to work with partner agencies and localize best practices
•Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel and Word or similar applications
•Ability to manage external and internal stakeholders and apply strong business acumen
