Job Summary

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support supply chain planning and business objectives. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to validate demand plans and drive forecast accuracy in alignment with master production scheduling. Report to leadership and work on a hybrid schedule from Shanghai/Tianjin, influencing production planning, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support supply chain planning and business objectives.
•Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather inputs and validate demand plans, key stakeholder including sales, finance, product manager, customer service, supply chain.
•Analyze forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance demand planning processes.
•As SIOP Planner, drive cross-functional continuous improvement to optimize end-to-end operations; lead at least one project focused on solving business problems; monitor backlog health, forecast accuracy, SKU rationalization, and inventory reduction.
•Work in a hybrid setting, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall supply chain strategy.
