Key Responsibilities

  • •Use lean principles to analyze process conditions and operational activities, proposing corrective actions to keep processes cost-effective and efficient.
  • •Support Operations and Maintenance troubleshooting of processing equipment and improve reliability through root cause analysis.
  • •Assist day-to-day operations to produce products meeting quality and quantity demands.
  • •Develop, evaluate, and obtain approval for process modifications and optimization programs to improve plant process efficiency and capability.
  • •Incorporate Safety, Health, and Environmental compliance (including GMP standards) into process improvements; lead or participate in process initiatives and training/mentoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Chemical, Industrial, or Food Engineering (or equivalent experience/education).
  • •Experience in process/production engineering with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • •Strong project management skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • •Team-oriented leader with integrity who can collaborate across levels and support training for the hourly workforce (PC tools and statistical data analysis proficiency preferred).
