Process Engineer

Provide process engineering leadership for a plant department, supporting safety, quality, production, and cost goals. Analyze operations using lean principles, troubleshoot equipment with root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions. Develop and implement process modifications and optimization programs, lead improvement initiatives and studies, and mentor operations and less experienced engineers while incorporating Safety, Health, Environment, and GMP requirements.
