Run the local Carvana hub as part of Market Operations, overseeing market launch, daily operations, logistics, and consumer branding. Lead and develop a team of Customer Advocates—interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and setting goals—while monitoring performance and reporting to upper management. Stay closely involved in day-to-day execution, resolve complex customer-facing issues, and drive continuous improvements to the customer and team experience.
