Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the day-to-day operation of the Cambridge office, ensuring it is stocked, organized, functional, and maintained to a high standard.
  • •Manage office logistics including grocery ordering, snacks, beverages, catering, office supplies, shipping/receiving, and mail.
  • •Partner with the Facilities Manager to coordinate repairs, maintenance, vendors, contractors, and workplace improvement projects.
  • •Assist with onboarding and provide day-to-day support across the Cambridge and Everett offices.
  • •Plan and execute team lunches, celebrations, and office events to strengthen culture and employee experience.
Travel: Medium travel
