Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while serving as a brand ambassador on the sales floor. Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS and clienteling tools to support omni-channel selling. Manage daily retail operations—including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising—while meeting individual and team KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Handle daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), and climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
