Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact for all tax matters for legal entities in Poland, and trusted tax expert support for the Czech Republic and Hungary (CIT, VAT, WHT, tax accounting, transfer pricing).
  • •Collaborate with Global Tax and finance to identify, plan, and execute strategic tax planning and optimization opportunities.
  • •Scale AI-driven solutions across teams to automate manual compliance processes and improve data-driven insights and compliance quality.
  • •Oversee transfer pricing policies and ensure compliance for intercompany transactions.
  • •Manage tax controversy and risk mitigation, including tax authority/auditor relations, external advisor budgets, and tax law monitoring.

Salary: PLN 195,400 - 383,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (or equivalent) in tax, business studies, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • •Familiarity with international tax matters and transfer pricing.
  • •Up to 5 years of working experience in a tax or finance function in a multinational organization.
  • •Proficient English; Polish and/or Czech language skills are highly desired.
