Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify internal and external risks for business initiatives and guide remediation, escalating as needed.
  • •Maintain subject matter expertise of applicable laws and regulations and provide compliance advice to lines of business.
  • •Perform and review control assessments, evaluate Internal Audit/regulatory exam/self-identified issues for compliance impacts, and support compliance testing and third-party compliance.
  • •Advise on compliance requirements for new products and process/control development, including change in law and corrective actions for compliance breakdowns.
  • •Conduct targeted validations and reviews, including UDAAP validations, and support compliance program activities such as monitoring, reporting, training, and governance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 177,700 - 202,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, or military experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit or Legal.
  • •Master’s degree or Juris Doctor (J.D.).
  • •8+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit or Legal.
  • •CRCM certification, or ACAMS certification, or CIPP certification.
