Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead regional wellbeing program strategy and planning, aligning initiatives with Microsoft priorities and Thrive’s global wellbeing strategy.
  • •Serve as primary regional point of contact for Microsoft stakeholders, building relationships with regional leaders and wellbeing champions.
  • •Manage program delivery end-to-end, including stakeholder discovery, logistics, content coordination, and day-of event readiness.
  • •Run post-event follow-up to capture feedback and outcomes, and track engagement, impact, and risk indicators.
  • •Report progress and insights to leadership, flag risks early, and improve programming based on data and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in program coordination or management, employee wellbeing, HR, Customer Success, or a related field.
  • •Strong project and event management skills to run multiple initiatives end-to-end simultaneously.
  • •Experience operating in a co-delivery/partnership model.
  • •International experience working across regions or in complex, virtual environments.
  • •Based in (or able to work core hours across UTC+2 to +4) with familiarity with the Middle East region, including Israel.
