Job Summary

Own regional wellbeing programming in Thrive’s Microsoft partnership, setting strategy and delivering programs end-to-end across a multi-country region. Partner with the regional Health & Wellness Coach, align initiatives to Thrive and Microsoft wellbeing priorities, and manage intake, stakeholder discovery, event logistics, and day-of readiness. Track engagement, impact, and risks with data and feedback, reporting progress and insights to leadership while balancing local relevance with scalable consistency.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead regional wellbeing program strategy and planning, aligning initiatives with Microsoft priorities and Thrive’s global wellbeing strategy.
•Serve as primary regional point of contact for Microsoft stakeholders, building relationships with regional leaders and wellbeing champions.
•Manage program delivery end-to-end, including stakeholder discovery, logistics, content coordination, and day-of event readiness.
•Run post-event follow-up to capture feedback and outcomes, and track engagement, impact, and risk indicators.
•Report progress and insights to leadership, flag risks early, and improve programming based on data and feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 60,000

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in program coordination or management, employee wellbeing, HR, Customer Success, or a related field.
•Strong project and event management skills to run multiple initiatives end-to-end simultaneously.
•Experience operating in a co-delivery/partnership model.
•International experience working across regions or in complex, virtual environments.
•Based in (or able to work core hours across UTC+2 to +4) with familiarity with the Middle East region, including Israel.
