Elementary Reading Interventionist

Deliver targeted reading remediation to “at-risk” elementary students by modifying curriculum to state standards and leading individualized and small-group instruction. Ensure RTI implementation, including data collection, progress monitoring, and tier coordination, and use assessment data to guide planning. Collaborate with general education, homeroom teachers, and special education teams, educate parents on instructional strategies, and provide ongoing training and support to staff within a virtual work environment.
